- Rare 17th Century Limoges enamel portrait plaque by Laudin Emaillieur depicting S.F.Xaverivs.
- Gilded carved woodframe period about 19th century.
- Signed on reverse of the plaque Laudin Emaillieur a Limoges -I-L-
- Enamel on copper
- Original unrestored condition.
- Top right hand corner and middle left of the enamel shows cracking (see photos)
- Two chips on the right hand middle edge (see photos)
- Genuine 17th Century work of art by one of the master Enamel artists of the famous Laudin family
- There are examples in many of the world’s top museums.
